Having an Extendable Lifting Jib on your machine enables you to lift, maneuver and transport heavy loads. Similar to our standard Fixed Lifting Jib, the extendable design makes light work of handling bulky objects with unusual dimensions, or that have a weight that exceeds the safe limits for manual handling.
Our range of Extendable Lifting Jibs are best suited to wheel loaders to extend their reach when lifting. We also manufacture a 3-stage design which is ideal for further extending your reach, but is only recommended when lifting lighter objects.
All our Lifting Jibs are engineered to meet Australian Standards 1418.8, so you can rely on a Kerfab Jib getting the job done safely.
Important to note:
It is recommended that you buy a Kerfab Jib through your machinery dealer so that a load chart can be provided to state the load limits. Kerfab cannot supply this.
When attaching a lifting jib to your loader, Anti-drop or Lock Valves must be fitted to the loader once it is fitted. In some instances, loader management systems and lift charts may be required.
