The Bespoke Attachment Process
Initial Enquiry
A customer reaches out to the Kerfab sales team looking for information on an attachment or advice on a bespoke solution
Discovery
The Kerfab Sales Team work with the end user or dealer to understand the application and machine
Design
Kerfab’s engineers either find an identical or similar product from Kerfab’s library of thousands of bespoke attachments. If necessary, the team design an attachment from the ground up.
Approval
Kerfab will work directly with OEM engineers to ensure compatibility. The customer will sign off on the final design after all requirements are met.
Production
Kerfab’s team of highly experienced fabricators get to work building your attachment.
Delivery
Your attachment is despatched by our operations team in line with the agreed timeline.
