Bucket Grapple

Hydraulic bucket grapple attachment for secure bulk material handling

Handling loose, bulky, or irregular material often leads to spillage and loss of control during transport. Standard buckets can struggle to contain waste, debris, or recyclables, especially when working across uneven ground or loading into trucks. A hydraulic bucket grapple attachment allows operators to clamp and secure material during movement, improving control across these tasks.

Kerfab Bucket Grapple combines a loader bucket with a hydraulically operated grapple, allowing material to be grabbed, contained, and transported in one motion. A semi-enclosed bucket profile helps reduce spillage, while the grapple arm holds material in place during lifting and travel.

With multiple width and capacity options and compatibility across common loader types, it supports efficient handling in waste, agricultural, and site clean-up environments.

Performance Benefits

Icon- ticks
Reduces material loss during transport
Loose material can spill during movement. The grapple and bucket profile work together to contain loads more effectively.
icon layers-svgrepo-com
Improves control over irregular loads
Bulky items such as logs or debris are harder to manage with a standard bucket. Clamping provides better hold and stability.
Icon - Maintainence
Supports efficient clean-up operations
Handling waste or mixed material becomes more controlled. This helps reduce rehandling and improves workflow.

Adapts to different applications
From agricultural clean-up to waste handling, the attachment suits multiple environments. This reduces the need for specialised tools.
Icon - Heavy-duty
Maintains performance in demanding conditions
Reinforced structure and wear components support repeated use. This is important in high-load or abrasive environments.

Engineering design

Hydraulic grapple system

The grapple arm is hydraulically operated for controlled clamping. This allows material to be secured during lifting and transport.

Reinforced bucket structure

Rear stiffening and structural reinforcement support load distribution. This improves performance under heavier material loads.

Wear edge configuration

Fitted with a hardened cutting edge with bolt-on options. This supports digging and extends service life in abrasive conditions.

Pivot and bushing assembly

Grapple arms operate through pivot points and bushings. This maintains alignment and consistent clamping under load.
