The Kerfab Cotton Bale Fork is available in 3 tine and 5 tine configurations, allowing operators to match the setup to their handling approach. An open back frame improves visibility during piercing and lifting, while the fixed design keeps operation straightforward with no hydraulics or moving parts. The 5 tine option provides additional support across the bale, helping reduce stretching and plucking during handling.

Open back frame

The back frame is open to improve operator sight during piercing and lifting. This helps with cleaner entry and better bale placement.

3 or 5 tine layouts

The fork is manufactured in both 3 tine and 5 tine versions. This allows the attachment to be matched to the handling approach required on site.

Thicker centre tine

The bottom middle tine is 75 mm in diameter. That added thickness supports the highest load point in the lower section.

Balanced outer tines

The top tines and the two outer bottom tines are 60 mm in diameter. This layout helps distribute module weight more evenly across the fork and stops the bale from spinning.

Can this attachment be used with a telehandler?
Yes. The Cotton Bale Fork can be configured for a range of machine types used in cotton handling, including telehandlers, wheel loaders, tractors and backhoes. Provide your machine details when requesting a quote so the correct mounting setup can be supplied.
Both configurations are designed for cotton module handling, but the 5 tine version provides more support across the bale. This added support improves stability during lifting and helps reduce stretching and plucking compared with a 3 tine setup.
The main confirmed options are machine class and tine count. This product is offered in telehandler and wheel loader versions, with either 3 tines or 5 tines. When requesting a quote, include your machine make and model and whether your operation prefers the conventional 3 tine setup or the added stability of the 5 tine version.
