Grain Pusher Blade

Grain pusher blade attachment for efficient grain movement and storage management

Managing grain inside storage sheds requires consistent control when pushing, shaping, and cleaning up material. Grain can spill or build up unevenly if it isn’t moved with the right blade profile, especially when working close to walls or in confined spaces. A grain pusher blade attachment allows operators to move and position grain efficiently while maintaining control across the shed. The Kerfab Grain Pusher Blade uses a wide, smooth blade face to push and shape grain without trapping material. A curved profile helps grain flow along the blade, while the large face reduces spillage over the top during operation. Optional side wings and extensions improve containment and reach when required, and removable sides allow better manoeuvrability when working in tighter areas.

Performance Benefits

barrier-svgrepo-com
Improves control when moving grain
A smooth blade surface helps grain flow evenly. This reduces build-up and improves consistency during pushing.
icon safety-supervision-svgrepo-com
Reduces grain spillage during operation
The large blade face helps contain material. This keeps more grain in front of the blade during movement.
plus-svgrepo-com
Maximises storage space utilisation
Grain can be pushed tightly against walls and shaped more accurately. This helps make better use of available shed space.
icon farm-svgrepo-com
Adapts to different shed conditions
Optional wings and removable sides allow the setup to be adjusted. This supports both wide open and confined working areas.
icon gear-wheel-svgrepo-com
Supports efficient clean-up
Remaining grain can be gathered and positioned more easily. This improves efficiency during loading and final clean-out.

Reinforced blade structure

Internal stiffening supports load distribution across the blade. This maintains performance during pushing.

Reversible cutting edge

The cutting edge can be reversed as it wears. This supports ongoing use and wear management.

Optional side configurations

Side wings and extensions can be added to the blade. Removable sides allow flexibility when working in confined spaces.

Stable mounting frame

The frame is designed to transfer pushing forces back into the machine. This supports control during operation.
