A lifting jib (sometimes known as a material handling arm) is an excellent attachment for lifting/maneuvering various objects. Similar to the Extendable Jib, the fixed version is ideal for handling loads:
- That are bulky or have unusual dimensions
- With a weight that exceeds safe limits for manual handling
- Not suitable for pallets
- Out of areas that are less accessible by pallet forks
A lifting jib is a safe and efficient way of transporting objects. A fixed lifting jib does not offer the flexibility of an extendable version, but it is much more cost-effective.
