Kerfab’s Guide to Pallet Forks

Kerfab - The Wild Vine-27

We design and manufacture our full range of Pallet Forks from our local factory in Victoria. Whether you have a skid steer, telehandler, tractor or wheel loader that needs a pallet fork, we have the range and expertise to provide you with a set of forks you can rely on.

Check out our different styles below:

ITA Adjustable Pallet Fork

telehandler pallet fork

ITA style pallet forks are a fixed tine pallet fork. The tines can still be adjusted from side to side, but they are fixed at both the bottom and the top of the shank to the frame. This prevents the tines from swinging loose at the bottom allowing the load to be tilted as necessary as the tines will remain fixed to the frame.

We manufacture ITA adjustable Pallet Forks to suit telehandlers, tractors, wheel loaders and skid steers. However, this style fork is not suitable for all applications and can be troublesome to use on uneven terrain. A floating tine pallet fork is recommended for skid steers to reduce the likelihood of damage to the forks or machine, and to reduce the chance of tipping the machine over.

Floating Pallet Fork

Floating style Pallet Forks are only fixed at the top of the shank, leaving the bottom of the shank loose. This allows the forks to always remain level with the ground as the forks can rotate around the bush at the top of the shank.

This style of pallet fork is ideal for loading pallet forks efficiently, as it eliminates the need to adjust the tilt on the forks. It means that you can drive along rough terrain with dips, without the end of the tines hitting the ground and tipping up your load.

Side Shift Fork Positioner

Fork Positioner

The Side Shift Fork Positioner is an innovative attachment that allows a load to be moved left and right without having to move the entire machine. This is especially useful in tight spaces and allows precise movement of heavy loads.

The Fork Positioner can also be used to clamp onto objects that are not suited to pallet forks, like tires, bales, and  crates. Furthermore, the carriage is hydraulically powered enabling you to adjust the tines from inside your machine.

Pallet Fork Rotator

Kerfab pallet fork rotator attachment with rotating carriage for handling pallets.

The Pallet Fork Rotator is perfect when you need to empty bins or crates. This attachment allows the forks to be rotated 360° and held at the exact angle that’s needed for precise unloading.

Built with Kerfab’s trusted durability and engineering expertise, the Pallet Fork Rotator not only boosts productivity but also maximises the utilisation of your existing machinery.

Pallet Fork Log Grab

Pallet Fork Log Grab dual beak

As the name suggests, this attachment can be used as a grab for logs,  pipes, poles, and other cylindrical objects. The grab can easily be removed in minutes to provide a standard pallet fork.

We manufacture two styles of Pallet Fork Log Grabs: dual beak and single beak. The dual beak is ideal for lifting and transporting multiple, heavy logs, pipes, or poles. This design has two beaks fitted to the left and right edges of the fork frame.  The single beak option is the perfect attachment if you are lifting smaller logs, one at a time. The single style has the beak fitted to the centre of the carriage bar.
